PARRY SOUND, ON – Trestle Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Quayle’s Brewery.
Banana Seat Smoked Hefeweizen (6% abv):
We did a couple new and exciting things while brewing Banana Seat. We chose to smoke malt on our new smoker and to feature only Ontario grown hops. We dried and smoked the malt over a cherry wood fire to impart a subtle and light smoked flavour and used Cascade hops grown in the hop yards at Quayle’s. It pours a hazy orange with pure white head. The smoke is very subtle with stronger flavours of banana and spice.
