HALIFAX, NS – 2 Crows Brewing has announced the latest release in its ongoing series of New England style IPAs.
Permanent Vacation NEIPA (6.1% abv):
We’ve done it again, brewed up another banger from our rotating IPA series. For those of you playing at home, this series included Perfect Situation, Another Iteration, Vivid Imagination, Perfect Saturation, Mystic Incantation, Cause for Celebration, and like 6 other ones we can never remember. We keep the base malt profile and beer the same, but switch it up by trialing different heavy-handed hop combinations.
For Permanent Vacation, we absolutely saturated the beer with Talus and Vic Secret hops, with a touch of Galaxy for good measure. We are getting crazy tinned pineapple vibes, overripe mango, and a bit of coconut. Smooth and creamy and fresh and lovely, you’ll wanna get your hands on this one as close to canning as you can.
Permanent Vacation will be available starting at 12:00 noon today (December 1st) at the 2 Crows taproom and online shop.
