CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of a new beer in partnership with Link Up, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to “create opportunities for BIPOC folks to access education, make connections with industry professionals, complete apprenticeships, and become brewery owners.”
Link Up West Coast Pils (5.2% abv):
Link Up is a hoppy pils that we brewed with a blend of pilsner malts and hopped it with Saphir, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. It drinks like a mix between an easy-drinking pils and an IPA. It’s tasting really good and has flavours and aromas of biscuity pils malt, pine, white grape, and melon.
Link Up West Coast Pils is available now at the Sonnen Hill retail shop and online store.
