SYDNEY, NS – Breton Brewing has announced the release of a new seasonal release for the holidays.
Fireside Belgian Dubbel (6.6% abv):
This beer is a strong, malt driven Belgian Style Ale originally brewed by monks. Using St Remy Belgian yeast, which hides the high alcohol content behind subtle fruity esters, and hopped solely for balance. The star of the show is a complex bill of European specialty malts to achieve a delicious blend of sweet toffee and Belgian candi sugar.
Fireside Belgian Dubbel is available now at the Breton Brewing taproom and online store.
