OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the latest special edition variant of its flagship Sunsplit IPA.
Sunsplit DDH Nelson Sauvin IPA (6% abv):
This ultra-hopped take on our classic IPA is luscious and rich. We’ve pushed the limits of hop flavour and intensity with this revisit of a Dominion City staple. This version is hopped intensely with Citra and Amarillo (as usual) then topped off with a pile of Nelson Sauvin, a much-beloved hop from New Zealand. The resulting beer is all about big notes of pineapple, white grape, lychee and orange zest.
