Field House Brewing Releases Sparkling Citrus Mimosa Sour and Neapolitan Dessert Stout

ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of two new limited edition beers.

Sparkling Citrus Mimosa Sour (7% abv):

Inspired by the lively cocktail, this sour ale features loads of blood orange puree, white wine grape concentrate to boost fermentability and lend wine notes, cold pressed tangerine peel oil for more aromatics and is finished with a light dry hop of nelson sauvin lending its own notes of gooseberry and sauv blanc. Sophisticated yet easy drinking.

Neapolitan Dessert Stout (8.5% abv):

This fruited stout received over 500lbs of British Columbia grown strawberries. Balanced with a strong dark chocolate and vanilla character for rich dessert notes in every sip.

Both beers are available now at Field House locations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack, the brewery’s online store, and soon at select local beer retailers.
