Beertown Public House Opens New Location in Etobicoke, Ontario

ETOBICOKE, ON – Craft beer bar and restaurant chain Beertown Public House has announced the opening of its newest location in the West Toronto community of Etobicoke.

Beertown Etobicoke officially opened in late November, and follows the model of previous locations throughout Ontario with a promise to have “a beer for everyone” amongst its several dozen draught offerings, plus other beverage selections and a food menu of upscale pub favourites that includes a number plant-based and gluten-free options.

The custom-built 6000+ square-foot space in the former Artisano Bakery Café location includes a soon-to-open year-round Beergarden, and will be able to accommodate up to 270 guests.

“We’re really excited to open our doors in Etobicoke and expand our presence in the GTA,” says Jody Palubiski, partner in Charcoal Group, Beertown’s parent company. “Several members of the Charcoal team have deep roots in the area so there is definitely some special meaning for us here. We loved the location, and we loved the building. We had a lot of fun pushing many Beertown design elements forward.”

Beertown Etobicoke is located at 1020 Islington Ave. and is currently open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner service, with a weekend brunch menu set to be launched in early 2023.
