SCOTLAND, ON – Meuse Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition barrel aged beer.
Oak Aged Quad (10% abv):
The Belgian examples of Oak Aged Quads have long been a style we have shared with family on special occasions. We knew that we wanted to make our own to share this experience with you. Barrel aged for 16 months, this ale has the quintessential dark fruit and caramel malt flavour of a traditional Quadrupel. The prolonged aging in red wine barrels adds layers of complexity by drying out the beer while contributing complex oak, mocha, and vanilla components.
Oak Aged Quad is available now at the Meuse retail shop and online store.
