TORONTO, ON – Eastbound Brewing has announced the release of a pair of new seasonal beers.
Everything Plaid American Brown Ale (5.7% abv):
Everything Plaid is layered with notes of caramel, coffee, and roasted malt roll over the palate with a soft, round body. Not to be forgotten is the assertion of capital C Classic American hops, as Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe combine to bring a hit of citrus peel, bitterness, and lingering pine.
The Mighty Confluence Session White IPA (4.4% abv):
The Mighty Confluence merges classic Belgian flavours with expressive hop aromatics, fronting notes of pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and pine. Brewed with Belgian Wit yeast that brings a lot of the fruit and estery goodness combined with Azacca and Citra hops that bring the IPA citrus/pine flavour. The malt bill is classic Wit with heavy amounts of wheat, wheat flakes and oat flakes that give this beer a hazy appearance and thicc body with a fluffy foam head.
Both beers are available now at the Eastbound Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop.
