HALIFAX, NS – Garrison Brewing has announced the latest release from its Barrel-Aged Cellar Series.
The 2022 vintage of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Wintervention Chocolate Imperial Stout (11.3% abv) spent 11 months aging in barrels, and is described as having flavours of “chocolate, toffee, coffee, dark dried fruits, vanilla, bourbon, and oak with a bittersweet chocolate finish.”
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Wintervention is available now at both Garrison locations and the brewery’s online store.
