OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition lager.
Lossless Extra-Hopped Lager (4.8% abv):
We set out to brew a deliciously refreshing extra hoppy lager. We brewed it with European pilsner malt, hopped the beer with Hallertau Tradition, Spalter Select and Saphir and waited patiently; fermenting the beer cool and slow.
Like an audio file unblemished by the compression process, this beer came out true to our intent. Lossless showcases zippy bitterness and a dry finish full of beautiful flowers and lemongrass notes. It’s everything we we wanted it to be. We really hope you enjoy it, too.
