FERNIE, BC – Fernie Brewing has announced the return of two favourite beers from the past to kick off a year-long celebration of the brewery’s 20th anniversary.
Timelapse Helles Lager (5% abv):
A clean, malty lager brewed with German pilsner malt & floral hops, Timelapse takes time to craft, but is sure worth the wait. Gold in colour, it has a smooth grainy-sweet malty flavour and a soft, dry finish. Subtle spicy, floral, or herbal European hops and restrained bitterness help keep the balance malty but not sweet.
Vantage Cold IPA (6.5%):
Refreshing, crisp and bright, this Cold IPA will have you reaching for more. Chock-full of hops including Huell Melon, Calista and Comet, along with four specialty malts. Think crisp, drinkable, and hop-forward. Not your typical West Coast IPA, with hints of fruity, floral notes peeking through a hoppy body.
Timelapse and Vantage will be launched tomorrow (January 26th) at the Fernie Brewing taproom and retail store, and will be available in coming weeks at select locations in British Columbia and Alberta.
