CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of its latest limited edition ale.
Bière de Garde (6.7% abv):
Brewed with Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malt and aged in stainless steel with a mixed culture for over a year. This countrified lager is funky on the nose with notes of sweet malt, strawberry, and pepper finishing with a snappy bite.
Bière de Garde is available now at the Sonnen Hill retail shop and online store.
