HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the release of a new beer that is “more mango than beer really, but who’s counting?”
Fonso Mango Sour (5.6% abv):
As you can see, we’re not playing around with the mango addition in Fonso. In addition to a ton of Alphonso mango purée, Fonso is touched with cardamom, vanilla, lactose, and Ceylon cinnamon to lean into the sub continental inspiration—resulting in a MF banger.
