OTTAWA, ON – Kichesippi Beer has announced the release of its first new beer of 2023.
Sasquatch Shadow IPA (6.8% abv):
This all Ontario Winter Ale was brewed with local M3 Pale Ale Malt from Mississippi Mills, and then hop-backed with whole-cone Ontario Sasquatch hops creating deep notes of orange, lemon and tea. Sasquatch Shadow is a complex beast that reflects on the interplay of Spring vs Winter.
Sasquatch Shadow is available now at the Kichesippi retail store and online shop.
