Winterlong Brewing and Woodcutter’s Brewing Release Snag Cold IPA

WHITEHORSE, YK – Winterlong Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with fellow Whitehorse brewery Woodcutter’s Brewing.

Snag Cold IPA (7% abv) is named after a village in the Yukon that holds the record for the coldest temperature ever recorded in North America: -62.8 Celsius on February 3rd, 1947. It’s described as follows:

This release is based off the beer we brewed together at Woodcutter’s in January 2022. We were smitten with last years result so couldn’t wait to reimagine the beer together on the Winterlong brewery system in 2023. The result is a fresh, crisp, tropical and citrus IPA, which finishes dry and snappy!

More details on the beer and brew day are available in a blog post on the Winterlong website.

Snag is in stock now at the Winterlong taproom, retail store, and online shop. It will also be available in cans at Woodcutter’s.
