SCOTLAND, ON – Flux Brewing has announced the release of two beers from opposite ends of the opacity spectrum.
Hello Darkness Chocolate Stout (6% abv):
Hello Darkness is a roasty stout, brewed with chocolate malt and aged on 11 kilos of cocoa nibs. We’re getting loads of semi-sweet chocolate up front, followed by a wave of roasted barley and soft bitterness. It’s a real treat.
Bright Side Helles Lager (4.8% abv):
An old favourite from 2021, and a sunny contrast to our new chocolate stout. Brewed with Bohemian pilsner malt & Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, it’s a refreshing blend of hops & malt with a crisp, clean finish.
Both beers are available now at the Flux Brewing retail store and online shop.
