PENTICTON, BC – Cannery Brewing has announced details of its newest addition to its beer line-up.
Bonsai Hazy IPA (7.5% abv):
Bonsai is a juicy, tropical IPA with toasted rice. It showcases Sabro, Strata and Simcoe hops, and has massive aromas of peach rings candy, coconut and tangerine. The toasted rice and Sabro hops provide beachy, coconut vacation vibes.
Bonsai Hazy IPA will be officially launched tomorrow (February 14th) with a release party at the brewery from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM. It will be available to enjoy by the glass in taproom and in cans to take home, and every purchase will include an entry to win a Lego Bonsai Tree set.
Bonsai will also be available via the Cannery Brewing online store, with all purchases until February 28th entered into a draw for a second Lego Bonsai Tree, and distribution to select beer retailers in BC and Alberta will follow soon.
