EDMONTON, AB – Town Square Brewing has announced the release of two new small-batch ales.
Red Velvet Red Pastry Stout (6% abv):
Love is in the air! In collaboration with our friends at The Art of Cake, we have put something together for you to share with that special someone who makes your heart pitter-patter; that someone who is the laces to your sneakers, the flame to your candle, the eggs to your bacon… the cake to your beer! A twist on our White Wedding White Pastry Stout, this Red Pastry Stout is made with a whole Red Velvet cake added to the mash.
I/O New England Pale Ale (5% abv):
Hop input : juicy output \\ Orange, Stone Fruit and Tropical flavours abound without the bitterness of a traditional pale ale. The ridiculous dry hop of Amarillo and Vic Secret make this New England a special one.
