TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the return of a beer that is designed to offer “a nod to traditional München lagers”.
Helles Lager (4.5% abv):
This Helles, which translates to “bright” or “light”, has a slightly sweeter, more prominent malt backbone than its friendly rival the Czech-style Pilsner. It features subtle bready caramel notes, delicate herbal hop aroma, and a full-bodied, smooth finish.
Helles Lager is available now at the Bellwoods retail stores, brewpub taproom, and online shop.
