CALGARY, AB & EDMONTON, AB – Cabin Brewing and Sea Change Brewing have announced the release of a new collaboration.
Beach House Frozen Fresh Hopped IPA (6.2% abv):
Beach House features Cosmic Punch, a thiolized yeast strain, plus three different hop products added at four different points of the brewing process. Excessive? Yes. But it didn’t stop there, we also used proprietarily flash-frozen fresh hops during the whirlpool to kick it up a notch. Thus, the descriptor, Frozen Fresh Hopped IPA.
Beach House is available now at Cabin and Sea Change, and select beer retailers in Alberta.
