CALGARY, AB – Annex Ale Project has announced the release of a new collaboration with Rain Dog Bar, a local food and drink establishment that describes itself as “a wine bar for those who prefer craft beer.”
Junkman’s Choir Stock Ale (6% abv):
Stock Ales are peculiar, as is the fact it’s taken us this long to collaborate with Rain Dog Bar. The style is hard to define, but easy to identify once you’ve had a taste. This particular ale is deeply nutty with some butter toffee character and light fruity esters. Proper British, innit? It’s good to drink now and would save great for a future rainy day.
Junkman’s Choir is available now at the Annex taproom, retail store, and online shop, and soon at select beer retailers in Alberta. It will be officially launched at Rain Dog on Saturday February 25th at 3:00 PM, where a special cask version will be pouring, and featured food pairings will be available.
