ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced the release of two variants on the classic Pilsner.
Jetpack Black Pils (5.1% abv):
Jetpack Black Pils is a little toasty and a lot of crispy. We used eight malts and Hallertau Tradition hops to create a Pils with a restrained roast character that pours a dark, rich mahogany. Jetpack is smooth, crisp, and malty, with hints of coffee and crunchy toast.
Lorelei Keller Pils (4.9% abv):
Lorelei Keller Pils is a naturally carbonated, Elora favourite. It’s bitter, dry and pours the fluffiest of head. We dry-hopped this edition with Mandarina Bavaria and Saphir to add subtle citrus and herbaceous notes. It has a full, creamy, hazy, and slightly-acidic malty profile, and it’s clean, which makes for ultimate drinkability.
