WHITBY, ON – Brock St. Brewing has announced the release of a new seasonal lager.
Demonstrator Doppelbock (6% abv):
Our Brewmaster Blayne studied at the oldest brewing school in the world located in Germany. While there he learned the intricacies of brewing this very special beer. With century old traditions, this beer was originally brewed to sustain the monks during lengthy fasts, particularly the Lenten season. It is rich in flavor, higher in alcohol, with hints of caramel, and fresh biscuits.
Demonstrator Doppelbock is available now at the Brock St. Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop.
