Eastbound Brewing Releases Shoreline Dry-Hopped Sour

TORONTO, ON – Eastbound Brewing has announced the release of a new sour ale.

Shoreline Dry-Hopped Sour (5.2% abv):

Brewed with a pitch of Philly Sour from Lallemand Brewing, Shoreline explores an evolution in producing sour beer moving the pH adjustment from the kettle to the fermenter. More important to you is the delicious profile it produces, fronting plenty of peach and lemon with a refreshingly tart finish. Those underlying notes of peach and lemon seamlessly integrate with a measured dry hop of Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Sabro. There’s full blown fuzzy peach, giving way to mango and melon. Softer notes of lemon/lime and coconut rush in before a dry, tart finish.

Shoreline is available now at the Eastbound Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop.
