BLOOMFIELD, ON – Matron Fine Beer has announced the return of a beer created in collaboration with Toronto’s Bar Volo.
Allora Pale Ale (5% abv):
Turns out we love a classic, crushable beer as much as the Bar Volo gentlemen. We teamed up to dream up a quintessential pale ale that encompasses all the easy-going-chug-city vibes you’d expect from such a classy little number. This beer is bringing you big orange and lemon blossom notes, it’s bright and very aromatic while of course being balanced and smooth.
Allora is available now at the Matron taproom, retail store, and online shop, as well as via Bottega Volo.
