Blindman Brewing Releases Enthusiastic Man Munich Lager and Mojito Beer Cocktail

LACOMBE, AB – Blindman Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with another Alberta brewery, and the latest in its occasional series of beer-based cocktails in 237 ml “cutie cans”.

Enthusiastic Man Munich Lager (5.5%  abv):

Enthusiastic Man is a collab with our dear friends at Blind Enthusiasm Brewing in Edmonton. Both past winners of Brewery of the Year and both known for making adventurous, complex, barrel-aged beer, we thought we’d surprise beer drinkers with something a little less predictable: a Munich Lager. This is a SMASH beer (single malt and single hop) using a Munich malt from Hogarth Malt in Olds and Willamette hops from Hop To It farm in Lacombe County, making this simple yet delightfully delicious beer an all Albertan recipe.

Mojito Beer Cocktail (7% abv):

Mojito Beer is a beer cocktail that uses kettle sour as a base and is bursting with real lime and mint flavors, with a little dose of brown sugar to get that rum-like sweetness. It feels wrong to crack a beer can, pour it over ice and then garnish it, but we won’t judge you if you do it just this once. In fact, we dare you.

Both beers are available now at the Blindman taproom, retail shop, and online store.
