Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Releasing Bière de Gascony Mixed Fermentation Blend

EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm has announced the latest limited edition release from The Monolith, the brewery’s facility for the creation of wood-aged and spontaneous-fermentation beers.

Bière de Gascony:

This release from The Monolith fermented for 24 months in Armagnac barrels from Gascony, France. The result displays a combination of berry fruit notes and savoury depth with elements of leather and tobacco. It has medium acidity and a dry finish showcasing a combination of subtle baking spice and oaky tannins.

Bière de Gascony will be previewed at a sold out ticketed event at The Monolith tonight (April 5th). The public launch will follow next week, when it will be available at Blind Enthusiasm’s Monolith and Biera Market locations, and via the brewery’s online shop.
