EDMONTON, AB – Alley Kat Brewing has announced the latest installment in the long-running Dragon Series of limited edition Double IPAs.
Experimental Dragon (7.5% abv):
Our classic Double IPA recipe brewed with a hop so new it does not have a name yet, HS 17701, hence the name Experimental Dragon. The HS 17701 hop gives notes of stone fruit and yuzu to compliment the well balanced DIPA finished with a little bite.
Experimental Dragon is available now at the Alley Kat taproom and retail store, as well as select liquor stores and bars in Alberta.
