BURNABY, BC – Dageraad Brewing has announced a new year-round beer that breaks away from the brewery’s usual Belgian influences.
Daybreak IPA (6% abv):
Don’t worry – up is still up, down is still down and we are under no mass hysteria. Our brewers are taken by thiolizing yeast, however. It breaks down hop compounds left untouched by other yeast strains, transforming them into bold tropical fruit notes that lend themselves incredibly well to IPAs. We then balance Daybreak’s big rush of fruit with a touch of resinous West Coast hops and our signature dry finish for an IPA as Dageraad as any glass of dubbel or wit.
Daybreak IPA is available now at the Dageraad taproom, retail store, and online shop, and soon at select beer stores in British Columbia. A launch party and Dageraad tap takeover will take place at The Magnet today (April 13th) from 4:00 PM until close.
