PICTON, ON – Slake Brewing has announced the return of a beer that was last available back in 2021.
Greenbush IPA (6.2% abv) as named after the local name for the cedar forest where Slake is located, and is described as follows:
The beer has undergone some recipe tweaks but at its core it’s still a beautiful marriage of west and east coast IPA styles. We used some of our favourite classic west coast hops that lend it a bold, resinous, piney and dank flavour, layered on top of some delicate fruit notes. We get melon, lychee, candied orange, and papaya. The mouthfeel is very soft and creamy and it has a low bitterness.
Greenbush is available now at the Slake taproom, retail store, and online shop.
