Couchiching Craft Brewing Releases Perch “Pail” Ale for Orillia Perch Festival

ORILLIA, ON – Couchiching Craft Brewing has announced the release of a new beer in partnership with the Orillia Perch Festival.

Perch “Pail” Ale (4.8% abv) is described as “a session pale ale that features a grapefruit-forward, citrusy aroma with slight pine notes and a quick finish.” It was made using Centennial hops from Wicked Hops, a hop producer in Nova Scotia co-owned by Orillia native Mark Laughlin.

Perch “Pail” Ale is on tap now at Couchiching Craft Brewing, and cans will be available later this week in the brewery retail store and online shop.

The 2023 Orillia Perch Festival runs from April 29th to May 6th, and online registration for the fishing derby is open now.
