TORONTO, ON – Avling Brewery has announced the release of a pair of new beers.
Sapling Spring Lager (6.5% abv):
This Maibock style beer is perfect for the changing seasons. Deep biscuity notes pair perfectly with a floral, citrus hop profile. This the next beer we’ve made in our 99% series, coming in strong enough to bring you warmth, but crisp enough to drink in the sun.
Shadowplay Pale Ale (5.2% abv):
This tropical hop bomb comes in with flavours of passionfruit, kumquat, and melon from our favourite blend of hops and malt. The low bitterness and smooth acidity keep things bright and quenching.
Both beers are available now at the Avling restaurant, retail store and online shop.
