Tropicalia Imperial Sour with Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava (8% abv):
‘Tis the season for POGs! What are POGs, you ask? Well, in addition to the circular tokens popularized around school yards at roughly the same time as Beck released Mutations, POG is a tropical juice blend that is equal parts passion fruit, orange, and guava. Truly, the clue was in the name.
Behold, Tropicalia. It looks just as juicy as it tastes, like the brightest island sun setting into a pint glass. To make this Imperial Sour, we and our good buddies over at Cabin opted to maintain the effect of POG’s proven 1:1:1 fruit ratio to brew something strong that packs a seriously delicious tropical payoff.
