TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced two new releases in its Barn Owl series of barrel-aged and blended ales.
Barn Owl No. 31 (7.4% abv) & Barn Owl No. 32 (7% abv):
We’re calling these two Barn Owl blends siblings, because they share the same base beer — a wild ale fermented on pressed grape skins from the friendly folks at Paradise Grapevine. #31 features Sauv Blanc skins, and #32 Cab Franc, but like all our children, we love them equally.
The two new Barn Owls are available now at both Bellwoods locations and the brewery’s online shop.
