CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the return of a collaboration with Dominion City Brewing.
Something Easy (4.5% abv):
This beer was made using Mississippi Mills pilsner malt, K2 Milling corn, and Quebec-grown Hallertauer Tradition hops. Aroma is light and airy, with a slight honey sweetness. The easy bitterness up front quickly fades into a smooth, malty finish. A crispy, clean thirst quencher best consumed cold while enjoying the Spring sunshine!
