NEWMARKET, ON – Market Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with the currently co-located The Second Wedge Brewing and special guests Sawdust City Brewing.
Crash German Pilsner (4.8% abv):
Sawdust City crashed the party, joining Market and Second Wedge to brew this unfiltered German Style Pilsner. We used German and Czech Saaz, utilizing mash hopping, first wort Hopping, and whirlpool additions. German Isar Lager Yeast from Escarpment Labs and Premium Pilsner malt round out this Pilsner to create a balanced, clean, crisp lager.
Crash is available now at the Market Brewing taproom, retail store and online shop.
