Fairweather Brewing Releases Anything Goes Wild DIPA and Melange DIPA

HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the release of “two very different approaches to Double IPA.”

Anything Goes Wild DIPA (8% abv):

We’ve been doing a little refresh of our barrel program over the last year or so, and this is it beginning to bear fruit. Even before this beer was dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, it was bursting with complex fruit character from the brett, mostly pineapple, but with a light phenol profile as well. Throw in a little Nelson, and you’ve got layers of white grape, pineapple and starfruit.

Melange DIPA (8% abv):

Just in time to see the last couple cases of Double High Grade go out the door, Melange is back! One of our favourites of our hazy DIPAs. Lots of ripe peach on this one with a little papaya and a subtle hint of coconut in the back there.

Both beers are available now at the Fairweather taproom, retail store, and online shop.
