CHILLIWACK, BC – Old Yale Brewing has announced the latest release in its Trailblazer Series of small-batch limited edition beers.
West Coast Hazy IPA (6% abv):
Hoping to make amends in the age-old East Cost vs. West Coast battle, using a hefty addition of flaked oats we have brewed an IPA which has the luscious smooth body and relatively non-aggressive bitterness of an Hazy IPA, but utilizing West Coast heavy hitting hops – Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Centennial – to provide a crisp, grapefruit marmalade, and resin-like aromas and flavour.
West Coast Hazy IPA is available now at both Old Yale locations, the brewery’s online shop, and select private liquor retailers in British Columbia.
