VICTORIA, BC – A new brewery and “good time tasting room” from bar and restaurant chain CRAFT Beer Market has officially opened its doors in Victoria.
Swift Brewing launched yesterday in the same building as CRAFT Victoria Harbour, which opened last year in the space formerly occupied by Canoe Brewpub.
Featuring a bar and lounge with a retro rec room vibe, Swift is offering three core beers – Golden Boy Lager (4.2% abv), Smooth Operator Citra Hazy Pale Ale (5.3% abv), and Disco Juice IPA (6.5% abv) – that are available in flights, pints, and cans to go.
The trio is joined by several draught-only seasonals and collaborations – including Party Pants Passionfruit Sour (5.1% abv), Crockett & Stubbs NZ Lager (3.8% abv) [collab with Whistle Buoy], Raspberry Beret Wheat Ale (5% abv), Bestie Hefie Hefeweizen (5% abv) [collab with Moon Under Water], and 33-Swift Hazy IPA (6% abv) [collab with 33 Acres] – plus cider, wine, soju, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beer.
Snacks including Chex mix, olives, and Jiffy Pop are available at the bar, and those looking for more substantial food options can order from full CRAFT menu.
