HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the release of a new beer that they say features “all the guava we could muster”.
Be Nimble Guava Sour (5.1% abv):
After this beer is finished, there will be measurably less guava in the world. Be Nimble is a soft sour with a dump truck of pink guava, lactose, vanilla, and grapefruit zest. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade — in this case it’s guava, but the philosophy holds up.
