Four Winds Brewing Releases Ten Barrel-Aged Sour for 10th Anniversary

DELTA, BC – Four Winds Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer to mark the brewery’s 10th anniversary.

Ten Barrel-Aged Sour (6.4% abv):

In light of the celebration at hand we’ve created a beer that reminds us of what we love, and where we started; barrel-aged & bottle conditioned. Ten, is a tangy and tart ale aged in wine barrels for 2 years and conditioned with 1000 lbs of Fraser Valley Honeyberries (aka Haskaps). Deep reddish purple in colour, with subtle oak and fruity aromas. A light acidity and jammy funk flavours round out a dry, yet dynamic tannic finish. A toast worthy brew if we do say so ourselves.

Ten is available now at the Four Winds taproom, and will also be featured at the 10th anniversary celebration taking place at the brewery this Saturday June 3rd from 12:00 to 5:00 PM. The party will feature 14 beers on tap; food from Altmaerker Deli and Salty’s Lobster Shack; outdoor games; and 15% off all beer and merchandise in the brewery retail store.
