Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Releases Four Beers for Summer

EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm has announced the release of three new beers and a returning favourite for summer.

Resilient Lager (4.5% abv):

Resilient Lager is the product of a generous “Brewer for a Day” donation for the Stollery Children’s Hospital. The folks that were the honorary brewers wanted to make a crushable beer inspired by classic Ukrainian lagers. Bright, crisp, and floral, this beer acknowledges resilience of people everywhere. $1 from each can sold will be donated to the Stollery Children’s Hospital.

Lil’ Broski Dark Ale (3.7% abv):

Lil’ Broski celebrates our long relationship with the Glass Monkey, one of our favourite local restaurants. Of the many beers we’ve served there, Bro Dark Ale has been a particular fan favourite, so together we decided to do a summer version with a lower ABV. Notes of coffee, chocolate and roasty malt dominate this crushable beer.

How Many Corners? Hoppy Ale (4.6% abv):

We’re keen on corners around here and made “How Many Corners” to satisfy these unnatural urges. We’ve used a cornucopia of international hops in this beer including Sabro, Mosaic, Barbe Rouge, and Southern Passion. Expect tropical fruit over a gentle malt backbone.

Zesty Zee German Wheat Ale (4.2% abv):

Zesty Zee is our most popular summer beer. It is unfiltered with traditional banana and spice notes, low bitterness, crisp effervescence, and a gently tart, thirst quenching finish. Super-dry and quaffable, this is the ultimate patio beer.

All four beers are available now Blind Enthusiasm’s Biera and Biera Market locations, the brewery’s online shop, and select beer retailers in Alberta.
