TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the launch of a new take on its long-running Monogamy series of single-hop IPAs.
Monogamy Waimea IPA (6.4% abv):
Our Monogamy IPA series is a sensory project we’ve been brewing for years, but just recently we decided to get laser-focused on New Zealand hop varieties. And once we found out that Kiwi birds mate with one partner for life, we knew the label had to be reimagined to capture this charming, flightless bird. The inaugural batch of this bright hoppy beer is made with Waimea hops, prized for their balance of woody, citrusy notes.
Monogamy Waimea is available now at both Bellwoods locations and the brewery’s online shop.
