Storm Stayed Brewing Releases Spectra IPA with Guava and Blueberry

LONDON, ON – Storm Stayed Brewing has announced the release of the final beer created by head brewer Diana Salazar before her departure from the brewery.

Spectra IPA with Guava and Blueberry (6.2% abv):

With a subtle hop bite and a balanced bitterness, this IPA is elevated by the delightful presence of guava and blueberry, resulting in a harmonious symphony of flavours that is reminiscent of tropical candy. Prominent aromas of guava draw you in followed by the distinct blueberry characteristics derived from both the fruit & Mosaic hops. Expect a smooth, full-bodied IPA with an eye-catching light pink hue.

Spectra is available now at the Storm Stayed taproom, retail store, and online shop. Partial proceeds will be donated to Open Closet, a local social support group for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.
