OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the release of a new anniversary beer co-created with two other Ontario breweries.
Black Widow IPA (6.5% abv):
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Blood Brothers Brewing & Third Moon Brewing for our ninth anniversary. We used Freestyle Hops Mega Motueka (a blend of Motueka and Phantasm*) in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Motueka SubZero Hop Kief™, Motueka, Cashmere and Citra® Cryo. A citrus forward tropical juice bomb with restrained bitterness and soft finish.
Black Widow IPA is available now at the Dominion City taproom, retail store, and online shop. It will also be one of the featured beers at the Dominion City 9th anniversary party, taking place at the brewery on Friday September 15th from 4:00 to 9:00 PM.
