VANCOUVER, BC – The winners of the British Columbia Beer Awards for 2023 were announced during a ceremony and beer tasting event held on Saturday October 21st at the Croatian Cultural Centre in Vancouver.
This year’s competition included 925 beers that were submitted by breweries from across the province, and tasted blind by a panel of BJCP-certified judges, Certified Cicerones, and professional brewers.
Awards were given to the top three beers (plus several honourable mentions) in 29 style categories, and a number of special awards were also distributed, including the following:
