Don Coyote Coffee Stout (5.8% abv):
Named after a very real coffee farm in a region renowned for coyotes and a highly respected father of that same farm, this stout is perfect to raise in a toast to all the real ones out there. Ground coffee was infused in the beer through cold-brew techniques, resulting in flavours of dark berries and cocoa. Chocolate malt from Red Shed Malting compliments the coffee with notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar. Surprisingly fruity for a coffee-based stout, but unsurprisingly the berry pastry notes pair perfectly with what the java brings to the table.
