FERNIE, BC – Fernie Brewing has announced the latest release in its Discovery Series of “exclusive and local-only” small batch beers.
Discovery Series No. 7: Berliner Weisse (3.5% abv):
With a light body and a crisp, citrusy finish, this brew boasts a predominant lactic acid character from the bacteria used in the souring process. Don’t underestimate this cloudy, sour beer – it’s low in alcohol but packs a serious sour punch.
Berliner Weisse is available now at the Fernie Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop. It will also be available at select local liquor stores while supplies last.
