Victoria’s Four Mile House Pub & Restaurant Opening Brewery This Week

VICTORIA, BC – The Four Mile House – a pub, sports bar and restaurant located in an historic Tudor-style building in Victoria, BC – has announced the launch of a new on-site brewery.

Owned by Graham and Wendy Haymes since 1979, and now managed by their son Graham Jr., the Four Mile House has had a 2,500 square foot brewery installed. Wendy’s brother Doug White has come on board has head brewer, with industry veteran Alan Pugsley – who White trained under at England’s Ringwood Brewery – serving as a consultant for the equipment installation and recipe development.

Four Mile Brewing will be launching with six brands – Golden Ale, Pale Ale, West Coast IPA, Brown Ale, Best Bitter and Winter IPA – that will be served on tap at the pub and bar, with growlers available for take-home sales, and in bottles at the Four Mile Liquor Store located several minutes away from the restaurant.
